Hi, Julie again.
Here are 3 things you can do to immediately help eliminate the pimples on face.
1. Over the counter products – most of these contain benzoyle peroxide which will help break up clogged skin pores. This will help keep the skin clean and help prevent future zits from occurring, but won’t necessarily help get rid of the pimples you already have.
2. Body detoxification – this goes a bit beyond just using creams and products to treat pimples. This is a way of getting your body to release all of the toxins and impurities that have been built up in your body. Eliminating harmful food and drinks is a way to reduce the pimples from being formed.
3. Get more sleep – when you sleep your body is using this time to restore itself. Getting quality sleep will help your body fight off bacteria and help your skin repair itself.
Note: this is my personal story. Click here to see the product that helped me get rid of my acne in 2 months.
For most of my life I have suffered with acne.
I’ve lived through high school, college, and most of my young adult life dealing with bad skin and a terrible complexion. I’ve always had nagging thoughts in my head telling me to find a solution and finally end the pain for good. I tried Proactiv after seeing the commercials on TV millions of times. After three months of using the products and seeing no results I gave up. All it did was make my itchy pimples on face even itchier. A friend recommended Zenmed to me and it worked for her so I figured I’d give it a try. After a couple weeks I noticed I had fewer zits, so I kept using the product, but these were the only results I got. I wanted to to be completely FREE of pimples, not just make some go away. Finally, I tried Acne No More and within 2 months I had completely gotten rid of my acne.
This program shows you everything you need to know to cure acne for good.

It was a relief not having to look for more pimples on face treatment. In the first two weeks I noticed that the pimples were becoming less red and inflamed, and I didn’t even have to use any creams or pills. Some of the other products I’ve tried made my skin really dry and flaky, but since Acne No More takes a natural approach to getting rid of face pimples, I never had to worry about my skin drying out or getting itchy. Not having to use any “special” creams or things that came out of a bottle made it a little easier to manage as well – I didn’t have to worry about forgetting to put something on my face.
I kept doing what the directions told me to do, and each week my acne was becoming more and more less visible. By the end of the 2nd month my closest friends couldn’t even notice that I used to have a face full of pimples, it was like they were never there. It’s been about 4 months now since I started with Acne No More, and my face is completely clear. I don’t get pimples any more and I don’t have any scars or pock marks from where the pimples used to be. Click here to visit the official Acne No More website.

After doing a lot of research I came up with some of the best ways to help cure and prevent pimples on face. I found that acne usually begins with tiny pimples on face, also known as blackheads. Blackheads are formed when dead skin and oil get trapped in a pore. After you touch your face and get more dirt and oil into the pore, the blackheads become inflamed and turn into red pimples on face. Here are some quick remedies you can use at home. Note: these acne cures work on the face as well as body pimples and back pimples.
1. Vitamins are key – Zinc, Vitamin A, B & E, echinacea, thyme and tea tree oil are the best things you can put in your body to treat acne. Vitamin B Complex is the most important and will have the most immediate effect.
2. The foods you eat determine skin complexion. Try to eat carbohydrate foods with a low glycemic index. A low GI diet can help cure pimples on the face by as much as 50%.
3. Drink lots of water – make it a habit to drink 8-10 glasses each day. This is the best way to cleanse the skin and rid of pimples on face.
4. Make a paste by mixing honey and cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it off the next morning with warm water. Repeat this for 2 weeks for best results.
5. Toothpaste. For fast, quick results for itchy pimples on face apply toothpaste. Don’t use the gel kind, and let it sit for about 20 minutes and it will dry up the pimple.
These are the first things I did and they helped my skin out dramatically. The first 3 require somewhat of a lifestyle change and should be done on a daily basis. The last 2 are more like quick fixes that will help, but won’t have lasting results when it comes to curing acne for good. There are hundreds of other pimples on face treatment techniques out there, but in all of my testings, these 5 have helped me out the most. If you want a comprehensive guide that will take you step by step and show you how to permanently get rid of pimples, I would recommend Acne No More.
It wasn’t until I got into freshman year of high school and turned 15 that I started getting pimples on face. In junior high I didn’t have to worry about checking the mirror in the morning to see how my face looked because I never had any pimples then. High school was different, and I wanted to be anything but different, I just wanted to fit in with everyone. I started getting small pimples on face that at first seemed pretty harmless. They started appearing on both my cheeks and on my chin and weren’t very visible at first. I shrugged it off, but as the days went by they started turning into white pimples on face and they were getting pretty big by now. Not only that but each day it seemed like another one would appear.
No one made fun of me or commented on the spots on my face, but I became very self conscious and I tried to cover them up as much as I could with makeup. I wanted to hide them from everyone, especially my friends and the boys I liked. All the pretty popular girls had clear skin and didn’t have to worry about covering up blemishes. Why should I have to hide my face pimples? Why was I cursed with bad skin? It just wasn’t fair. It came to the point where I was so embarrassed of my pimples on face that I started staying at home more and not hanging out with my friends as much. I just couldn’t handle them seeing me like this. I knew they were thinking how gross my face was and how disgusted they must be by it. I was just too ashamed to go out and face it.
